About Us

Innovative Concept Management & Consulting GmbH, ICMC for short, was founded in October of 2014 in Hamburg, Germany.   

 

The company got its start by helping young athletes, mainly football players, navigate into and through the world of professional sports. In addition to helping manage or advise professional athletes and trainers, ICMC clients include amateur athletes, business persons, companies, and start-ups with other areas such as entertainment in the discussion. The sports and entertainment world can be unforgiving, especially if the right decisions are not made at the right time, which requires persons to have the right people or team with them to help determine the right next move.

 

At ICMC, we work extra hard to provide our customers and clients with a full-circle support structure, and we ensure their best interests are a priority with their partner companies. This allows our customers to mainly focus on reaching their set goals and allows our clients to focus on that which may be more vital to them, their career.
