Innovative Concept Management & Consulting GmbH, ICMC for short, was founded in October of 2014 in Hamburg, Germany.

The company got its start by helping young athletes, mainly football players, navigate into and through the world of professional sports. In addition to helping manage or advise professional athletes and trainers, ICMC clients include amateur athletes, business persons, companies, and start-ups with other areas such as entertainment in the discussion.
